Houston AIDS Foundation Auction

We were delighted to take part in an auction held at a local Starbucks with all proceeds being donated to the Houston AIDS Foundation. All types of artists were invited to donate any art piece for this auction. After some thought, we decided to donate a photograph we took of a home in San Leon, Texas that was heavily damaged from Hurricane Ike. And, the winning bid was …

$155! Sold! The auction was so much fun. Just seeing the competitive spirit of the bidders was exhilarating! But, most importantly, all this fun was for a wonderful cause. This was an incredible experience and we are looking forward to future opportunities to help out our community. Thanks to Starbucks for hosting this event!
